The team are trained to a very high standard through our own
rigorous training programme, which is an on-going process. To this end we
ensure that all trainers have at least two days a month where they actually
receive training themselves on the latest revisions of software, market
changes, training skills etc. Our Behavioural & Business trainers are
vetted and approved by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), which
offers an additional verification from an external body, of the high standards we
set ourselves. Our technical trainers are also Microsoft qualified.
All of our trainers are enthusiastic about their subject and
that is reflected in their training approach and style. They all have
commercial backgrounds that ensure they can empathise with the issues that
delegates may have.
